When we reschedule the training event
If Lecteron, in any case reschedules the training workshop, the users can pick from the following options.
1. The user is eligible to get 100% refund, if the new event doesn’t fit his schedule.
2. The user is also eligible to reschedule and attend a workshop in future at his/her convenience, at a location, and date of choice, of a scheduled training.
3. The users are also allowed to send a replacement, if they wish. However, this should be intimated to Lecteron Solutions at least 3 days prior to the event.
When the user reschedules the training event
If the user, in any case reschedules the training workshop,a rescheduling fee is charged as explained below:
We may require your personal information when you are purchasing from our website. For example, your mailing address will be required to collect and remit payments.
1. In case the user sends a rescheduling request 7 days(or more) prior to the commencement of a workshop, he/ she will be charged 10% of the registration fee.
2. No rescheduling requests will be entertained, in case the user sends a rescheduling request within 7 days(or less) to the commencement of a workshop. However, he/she may send a replacement, instead.
3. It should be noted that rescheduling will be subject to the availability of seats.
Refund Policy: Online Training
You are expected to raise refund request within 7 days of purchasing the online course. However, you will not be eligible for refund if you have already covered 25% or more of the course material or downloaded the eBook.
Online Classroom(Trainer-Led) Training
You are expected to raise refund request within 7 days of the commencement of the first batch of the training. However, you will not be eligible for refund if you-
- have already covered 25% or more of the course material
- downloaded the eBook
- attended the class twice
- received the recording for more than one day
Also in case you raise a refund request after seven days but within 30 days of purchasing a training course, you are eligible to get 75% refund of the total fees. However you will not get any refund for the refund requests made after 30 days of purchasing the course.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances like instructor’s illness or unavailability, insufficient registrations, or natural calamities,( like, earthquake, flood, socio-political instability, etc), Lecteron holds the right to cancel/postpone/change the location of a scheduled training event.
1. The user is eligible to get 100% refund, if Lecteron cancels the event.
2. If the user cancels the event, 10% of the total fees paid by him/ her will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.
3. If the user cancels the even within 7 days(or less) of the commencement of the class, no refund will be made.
How to initiate the refund request
1. You can raise the refund request by clicking “initiate refund” against specific items of a order under my orders section.
2. However when you have multiple items under your orders, you can connect to our support representative and ask him/her to initiate the refund.
3. In case of duplicate payment, refund will made through the same source of payment within 22 working days after you intimate us.
4. All refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval from Lecteron.
Personal Information Policy Image and Video Capture
Any image clicked or video recorded(of other participants and Lecteron staff) during training event should not be misused. And Lecteron holds the right to publish your photo or telecast your video for promotional purposes.
Sharing your personal information
If you are a Lecteron customer, we may get in touch with you for feedbacks, testimonials, customer stories, your public information, photos or videos to be published on our website as well as on social media. Please be informed that third parties may collect your contact information from social platforms and may use the same to send you unsolicited promotional messages. Lecteron is not responsible for such messages sent by third parties. However, if you don’t wish to display such information on our site or social media, get in touch with our support team to raise a request.
